About this app

What do you get when you combine Las Vegas style animated billboards, GPS technology, and great food? You get ShoutOut.biz – a new venture that is throwing a big wrench in the exploding Restaurant Delivery Service (RDS) industry.

While other companies are all fighting for your $5.00 - $7.00 delivery fee ShoutOut.biz is offering FREE Delivery. How? By providing local (non-restaurant) businesses a unique opportunity to gain tremendous advertising exposure through a combination of car-top LED mobile billboards, ATM Topper Displays and the full color ShoutOut.biz magazine published monthly and displayed at participating merchants and restaurants (and delivered with each food order).

The big competitors depend on stiff commissions from participating restaurants (as high as 30%) and consumer delivery fees. But ShoutOut.biz collects sponsorship fees from its advertisers, so they can waive the consumer delivery fee and collect a much more reasonable commission from restaurants. ShoutOut.biz makes it clear to consumers that they don’t have to pay for delivery because the sponsors have paid it for them! It is rare for advertisements to be welcomed in to the home, but in this case they are – enthusiastically!

ShoutOut.biz was created by Don Mastrangelo, an entrepreneur who has developed several unique and successful businesses. Mr. Mastrangelo’s most recent enterprise was GPS Heroes, a technology company that helped small fleet owners keep track of their commercial vehicles. Don has leveraged GPS technology again to allow advertisers to display ads on the ShoutOut.biz car-top network based on the mobile billboard’s location, time of day, day of the week etc. Advertisers get amazing exposure, restaurants pay half the commission, and consumers get free delivery – a win-win-win situation!

ShoutOut.biz is piloting the program in the Temecula Valley in Southern California, and soon will be expanding across the United States.
