App works, but the prices are ridiculous. I always thought the delivery fees were high, then I find out they charge more for the food than the restaurants do. Ripoff. Update: After MANY issues, the restaurant messed up, so I contacted them twice about dealing with it through the restaurant. No response. I messaged them on Facebook after a week & received a reply that it would be taken care of. Over 10 days later, nothing. Owner messaged me asking why I kept coming back then blocked me. PATHETIC

They charge extra for each menu item. Makes prices unreasonable to use very often so I gave it up.

Owner is rude and racist. Their menu has jacked up prices and isn't even correct, they refuse to change it to match the restaurants despite being told several times that restaurants are on a limited menu due to covid. Drivers don't wear masks or gloves and are rude to restaurant staff. Overall, awful experience.

I have to use delivery services because I have seizures and I can't drive. Although, it's convenient for me, the prices are unreasonable and unfair. I did compare the prices of the actual resturants menu verses 803 delivery's menu and they do charge a lot more for food items than the actual website. If you don't have to use a delivery service don't use one. I definitely wouldn't advise to use this one. Not only do they upcharge food items, but you do have other fees to pay well, it's not right.

Every item is overpriced. More than if you were to order directly from the store, and yet you still get charged a delivery fee on top of the overpriced items. Would give zero stars if possible.
