Like the other review below, I too am having problems puchasing my fare. This glitch needs to dealt with and stopped immediately. Not many of us want to shell out Lyft/Uber fare, y'know. FIX IT!!!

Issues with android due to power savings which stops the function for refreshing qrcode. Also this app doesn't allow dismissing the prompt for a phone number indefinitely.

Unable to pay for tickets. there's some glitch where I'm supposed to put in my full name, for billing. I put in my first name and then no matter what else I type it keeps repeating my first name. Unable to add last name to complete payment, so completely worthless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled three times. I've checked my keyboard settings etc.

It works....mostly. I haven't not been able to use it yet. But I have to attempt to open the app 15+ times usually. I get a "touch pass has stopped working" notice a majority of the time when trying to open the app. Definitely needs an update for stability.

I decided to use the touch pass app when I found myself taking the bus more often with everything I had going on! I purchased an Adult 20 Ride Pass but one morning when attempting to get on the bus my barcode wouldn't scan & still won't scan! The bus driver refused to let me ride without paying the fare so I had to go inside the travel center and purchase a touch pass card & load another $25 dollars just to get to work. I've reached out to the for a refund & haven't gotten any response!

I'm not even able to enter my card info to purchase anything. Get an error message every time I try. Completely useless.
