Great product with alot of room to grow they definitely need to work on there updates, The Camera takes t9 long to load or view always buffing at times I have to go in and out the app multiple times in order to view what's going on. By the time they already gone. There speaker talk back is more like a push to talk which suck.. It should be more like a 2way Talk speaker phone. They need to work on the night vision my side cam does not pick no one up unless u are almost close enough too see.

Signed on early with Deep Sentinel. So far it's holding up to what they have advertised. The keep improving the app and software. Seems to be they are listing to customer ideas and complaints. You can now block off a chunk of time automatically (privacy setting). The new update seems to help some of the bugs that I was seeing daily. I hope they keep evolving and updating as time goes on. I honestly think it's worth it to me and my family.

I've been using this system since they started beta testing and it has been amazing to watch the product transform itself from a good concept but with a lot of flaws to the amazing product it is now. Reading over the reviews, a lot of the things people complained about are now fixed. The system is awesome, the peace of mind my family has knowing someone is watching over our property 24/7 is paradigm shifting.. home security at another level that you don't even realize until after you have it.

It's a great service but it needs to be allowed to set times for privacy and times when its needed. Mine goes off way too much. Right now it has just 30 minute at a time I need from x time to x time. It does its job had a police officer come to the door and they called to see if everyone was okay. Great service worth the piece of mind. Just needs to slow down on how much it goes off. I change batteries way too much.

Really great new product with tons of potential. The mobile app seems to be working pretty well. My review is based on the overall solution. It's pretty spartan, feature wise, but if these guys are able to make it, then I suspect we'll see more depth of features over time. In the meantime, it does what it's supposed to do. Agents seem to be attentive, and they've even checked with some people before when I couldn't get to the door and the people stayed longer than most would. Ad smart home pls.

Really like it. Things I'm waiting to be changed though, AI needs work, dogs shouldn't still be setting these off after almost 3 months. Update after almost a year: I can't wait until there's a competitor. Cameras and hub constantly go offline and cameras are constantly placed on privacy mode where they arent monitored or recorded. If ibwant privacy I'll set it in the app. If I'm watering my yard and get assaulted there will be no footage! Thats terrible!
