Videos do not start only sound

Very well made app! But unfortunately only on a visual level. The clicker doesn't work, so videos can't be started. Downloaded videos, but then shows "no content available at this time" Useless with these flaws. Otherwise best looking menus and interesting looking content

Anything I download is removed from the store with it saying "there are currently no videos to display" and won't play from the app, pointless
