Deceptively simple but powerful little app. If you want to practice mindful breathing this does the job without the fuss. With no annoying ads either. I've found doing very short breaths using this app can give you a real lift as you oxygenate your system and the longer breaths really help to unwind and relax. Just use the vibration prompts to change from in-breath to out-breath and you're off. It also works with Spotify running so I've found loading up my favourite playlist while doing this is even better (Music is my Mediation ;)) Oh, one final tip. If you've turned off all vibration notifications like I had, you'll need to turn them back on for this to work. You can still turn vibration off for calls/texts and turn haptic feedback off too. But keep "notifications" vibration on.
