This app looks great but has serious problems. If you want to try it, be sure to use trial mode first. #1: the realtimeviewer does not work because it keeps request Microsoft Silverlight installation (even when the newest is already active) and will not progress past that point. #2: There is no way to allow a second viewer to see your location within the app itself. Dean, you have a lot of work to do. I'm asking for a refund.

I've used this app on my 6 States 4 Days of motorcycle trip and it worked just the way I expected. My family and friends were tracking me almost real time travels. There is about 20-30 seconds delay but its okay. purchased this app after my trip because I like to support apps that actually works. Guaranteed you will not be disappointed.

I installed the trial version of this tracker a couple of months ago. I used this on hikes with my dog in unmarked heavily forested areas around a local lake. For the first time I was able to get off of the marked trails because I no longer feared getting lost. After the trial version expired I happily spent the money to get the professional version. After a minor glitch, which was a problem on my end, the system performed just as I needed and I still use it today. I should note that the problem I had was my unfamiliarity with a new phone. I had unintentionally disabled the Google maps location service which is necessary for this app to work correctly. Once I corrected this setting on my phone I have used this app on at least a dozen hikes with my dog and it has performed perfectly. Dean Blakely and the help desk worked closely with me trying to duplicate my issues until I discovered the problem was on my end. Having discovered this I have been told a new release for the Android system will be available soon that will flag the user when the Google maps location service has been disabled. As soon as it's ready I'll be updating my phone app. This really is a good app.
