Something is wrong with this application. A bug of some sort. Also, the phone number associated with it does not work. I selected the satellite option for the map and it just stopped working. It won't load the map at all now no matter what is selected. I emailed support but no answer just yet. Can't add leads manually. The whole service just completely crashed. Edit: I created a new account. It works as intended.

Gamechanger. This app is an incredible tool for serious entrepeneurs and investors in the real estate industry. The amount of leads they provide and all the information about each property, not to mention Alma - the AI Assistant - it's truly unbelievable. Very user-friendly interface, even customer support is outstanding. 1000% recommended.

The sign up process has to be completed for the app to work fully. If you just open it after downloading it only does virtual driving. After contacting support they helped complete sign up & it started working. There are still some glitches when driving, but easy to save properties. The AI bot helps analyze deals but it's usually off with its numbers. Maybe it will get more accurate after use. Wish more property data imported & it had better deal tools like Deal Check. Haven't tried mail yet.

I just downloaded the app on my android phone, logged in, and suddenly it crashes. Won't load at all when I try to open, just keeps crashing. I've checked to make sure the permissions were updated on my phones settings, and still it crashes when I try to open it. UPDATE-- Customer service is stellar!! I was contacted within minutes of my previous review and got my issue sorted out. The app works great now, and I haven't had any issues since the support team helped me. Great app so far!

Deal Machine is proving to have many benefits to offer that make it advantageous to use! Instead of purchasing the same lists others use, you can create a targeted list of properties that are more likely to have motivated sellers and then you can "skip trace" to get the owners contact info, and send them a message to see if they are wanting to sell for whatever reason, to get the ball rolling. It can track your routes as you're driving, so you don't repeat streets, and can even send mailers!

The features of this app are great. The user interface is very intuitive and attractive looking, but what really makes this app shine is the deal finder in combination with route tracking. An unstoppable combination of features that other apps are lacking. The software can be buggy sometimes, but the customer service is helpful and always answers withing 5 minutes. I really like this app because YOU can suggest features and they will put them in. Continuous improvement is really valuable.
