ضعيف جدا جدا جدا لا بعد وقت وانت تختار بالاخر يقولك غلط في السيرفر والاتصال برجاء المحاولة لاحقا.. يا اخي وين الـ quality بشغلكم للتطبيق لا في صور لوصف المنتجات لا في اختيارات صحيحة ومواقع الاختيارات بشكل غير مرتب ولا يراعي اي من User friendly انصحكم تسحبوه من المتجر وتعيدوا برمجته بشيء يبيض الوجه

App is good, working properly, everything is fine. But when I gave an order for delivery on 23-09-18 night at 12.15 they accepted it. Showed me the final bill and everything. When I check the status of my order it shows preparing, on the way, finished.. But I didn't get my delivery or a call from them. If they won't accept order after 12.00 they should mention it in the app..

Worst service. Rude employees. Food arrived more than 2 hrs. Food was already cold. Delivery man can't locate me where in fact i have placed my location on point prior to placing an order and blamed me that i consumed all his credit because he kept calling me... In short traumatizing experience!

It is good start but surely half cooked app. E.g. there is no details about
promotions, there is no way to remove anything from cart. Service of chain
is good though
