App does not work correctly. When trying to use Trip planning a Google search screen pops up, but no matter what is entered into field an error message says the system cannot perform the search. I've tried this on both a Motorola G6 and a Samsung Galaxy 6. All permissions are approved, I've removed and then reinstalled on both devices, so I have the newest version. Since countless other people have reported this issue, it is obvious that the problem is the APP.

×DO NOT DOWNLOAD× tUrrible app., i was looking for a bus route, 52, it Wrote,"No Prediction" ? theres no prediction when the bus route, 52 isn't Running that Day. It would have been, Informative to write, Not Active, doing a tUrrible job.......🐇

Trip planner doesn't work. This app is basically a couple of maps with poor UI. Looking back at the 5 star reviews, almost all of them were written within a short window in November 2019 and many copy the same review. Others are clearly written by duplicate accounts on the same day. I highly suspect the app developer is buying reviews or otherwise inflating their rating in breach of Google Play policy. If it weren't for those bogus reviews, this app would have a drastically lower rating.

have Samsung s9, app crashes every time I tap the menu button. every time. UPDATE 6/28/19: to be clear... I have a Samsung galaxy s9. My app is up to date. I cannot tap the [MENU] button on said app without the whole program closing out. So the only thing I can do is just scroll forever down the list of 100s of options. I take the metro frequently. I'd like to have an app that works correctly and is somewhat convenient.

crashed every time i opened or, if i got it to successfully open, it would crash as soon as i touched the menu button. i don't know how else to describe a crash. the app opens, and then it immediately closes. or it opens briefly but as soon as i touch the menu button, it closes. there's nothing else to describe.

I installed the app for trip planning. I tried searching for the Nationals Ball Park (which has a metro stop!) and could not find it. I tried using Nationals Ball Park, Navy Yard metro, the physical address, all to no avail. I kept getting a message of no search results found. What a waste of time and energy.
