About this app

Set up circles of family and friends in advance. Then, when anyone is in trouble, they simply open the app and quickly send an SOS when safely possible. Everyone in their circles receive a phone sounding notification. Opening the notification shows that person's location on a map. Their location is updated as they move for their family and friend circles to see even if the application on their device closes, as long as long as the device is not shut down or SOS turned off.

The app is useful in other circumstances such as school lockdowns and even for travelling groups find members of their party who may get lost.

Multiple circles are supported. In a family, in addition to a circle for the family itself, each parent could also have a circle for their own family, a circle for their friends at work, etc.

Multiple alerts are supported. If multiple SOS alerts are triggered at the same time, say from siblings in the same school, each alert will show individually. Tapping on the pointer will indicate the person at that location.

Businesses could use this application so department managers can find the location of their staff during fire drills and of course should there be an actual fire or situation at the building requiring staff to evacuate.
