App has an easy to use interface and the stylist is extremely friendly. Shop is always clean and has a great atmosphere. I would give 5 stars if the app wasn't currently malfunctioning and not allowing me to book a much needed appointment. As soon as I click on the "click to schedule an appointment" button, I am taken to a blank screen where I cannot even go back unless I completely shut down the app.
