Horrible app. The hire car service is frustrating as I never get ANY notifications. Worst communication ever. I am very upset with the hire car service, it's very unpredictable, it makes living in DB a nightmare. On a good night I would be able to get on a hire car and be on time to work. On a bad day, I would have to wait for up to 45 mins for a car to take me from my house to the taxi stand.

Why would you get rid of a phone line system that worked for booking cars and replace it with an app that doesn't work?! If this thing actually had a working interface like Uber it would be perfect. But instead you get "Waiting to arrange" for 10 mins. It might arrive and still say that, or change to Arranged but never come. No number to call and check, no visual representation of where your car is, and no halfway reliable advance booking. And the price still goes up every 12 months 🤣

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Worked fine until Nov update, now doesn't run on Android 9. Even when it did function, the hire car booking section was useless as the notifications had no relation to what was happening in reality (cars say they're coming and don't, or say nothing and show up, don't wait the supposed 2 mins so tell you you're a no show...)

I wish this app could update with location/gps. I keep getting tricked with the ferry time table as it always starts off at Central=>DB and I've been tricked constantly especially when in a rush, what the ferry time is for DB=>Central. If the app could provide the correct time table based on your current location, it would be a big improvement.

The app crashes on start, since the 28 Nov version. I deleted it and reinstalled it several times, but it still crashes on start every time. I emailed you 5 days ago but you didn't even acknowledge my email. OnePlus 6 with latest Android.
