I had the app for a while and everything was going well until I got booted out. Requested a password reset and the email was never sent. I was always able to use my number at check out and to claim my hot chocolate/ice cream. Today I found out that they can't do that anymore. I don't want to sign up for another account because I have about 3-400 points

This app sucks. it can't find my account and it say my email and password is incorrect. no way. I have a bunch of points on my account and it has to be another way to retrieve my account. Other than that, love the free ice cream.

Wonderful shopping experience at the store...The app on the other hand, terrible experience. pay attention St Leonard's, times are changing. As your motto says, rule #1, the customer is always right, rule#, when in doubt re-read rule #1.

App offers very little, eventually when I had a few rewards it logged me out and never let me log back in. Emailed support and they never got back to me twice. Haven't gone back since, not a fan of the meats there or covid price gauging do on individual products which they never did in the past. Go look at the prepared foods and compare to any other supermarket for an easy example.

Used the app at the stored, scanned app at purchase.. points never showed up on app. Well .. love the store. App. Ehhh

Excellent store great fun for the grand children to push there buttons / can do without the chattel line if you miss an item you have to go around again.
