This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing eKo Matte Icon Theme on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. I have bought other icons from you and liked them a lot. I tried this one for 3secs and it wasn't to my taste. When I went to refund it I was only given the option of "uninstall." Could you help so I could try the black version of this set instead?

About this app

Welcome to eKo Matte, the first app from the eKo family.

With this theme I wanted to explore some clean minimalist icons, something simple yet detailed, subtle yet original. I also wanted to offer matching wallpapers and custom widgets so that your entire setup may be made from this single theme family.

eKo Matte has 2000 custom icons all made at 192x192 to ensure the cleanest, sharpest look for your screen, there are over 70 original eKo wallpapers exploring texture,shadows and layers.
As with all our icon themes the eKo family have their own Vault accessible through the fully themed app interface, in here you will find 27 matching widgets including eKo Music, eKo Display, eKo Header, eKo clock, eKo Weather and eKo Battery. In addition to this there are nearly 150 graphic components (clock hands,surrounds,hubs, music buttons etc) which gives you the ability to freely customise ANY of the widgets to suit your needs.
The pack can be auto-applied on most popular launchers, supports dynamic calendar (launcher dependant), has a fully automated icon request tool and utilises cloud wallpapers to keep the app size down.

The eKo family will soon include the addition of two further icon packs - eKo Dark and eKo Vivid, widgets themed to match these packs can be found in the eKo Matte vault. The reason I have included them is because this whole theme family was designed to work with each other, all three icon types can sit happily on a screen together and many of the widgets work well as a contrast to the icons.
Another main reason for doing this was because I believe the secret to a good theme is giving the user freedom and choice. Its what I would want.
With all the graphic components available in the Vault you're free to mix and match your widgets - want black buttons on a white music widget? No problem! Want vivid white weather and battery zooper packs in a blacked out display panel? No problem!
Play...... Change....... Theme...... Just have fun and make it your own!
