We used AmRide to drive use from Chicago to New York with ALL of our luggage. The company helped book a Cadillac ESV and our driver Scott was magnificent throughout! He helped us load and unload all of our luggage while following all Covid protocols. Scott is a very safe driver and drover overnight and got us to New York on time. Additionally, we had left behind something important in the car, and Scott went out of his way to send it back to us. Exceptional customer service and very pleasant experience from the very start of the engagement. Not to mention, very reasonable. It cost us less than what it would have to ship our luggage and take flights, while also ensuring minimum contact during the pandemic. Will 100% use again, and recommend!
