App itself seems to work fine however the service is unreliable depending on who is delivering your food. Ordered last night. Delivered to the wrong address and had to wait 45 mins for them to redeliver the food with no discount or refund. Kind of crazy when your paying for service and delivery. Serious lack of customer service.

90 minute wait? First got confirmation, upon ordering to expect 30 minute delivery. At 30 min mark got notification to expect 20 min delay (50 min total). At the 60 min mark got notification to expect 30 more minute delay. I was ordering McDonald's for heaven sake. 90 minutes to deliver in a 12000 person town? I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. This company is ridiculous

service almost never works. one week it was the restaurants :tablet" that wasn't working, although i couldn't get an order to any restaurant, so i guess they just lied to me. Week after most places just said that they were not taking orders, even though i could call and those same places told me they were open. And now this week, the site refuses to use my credit card. I'm done with this garbage wanna be door dash. I wont be using this service from here on out.

Its too bad that the times you can actually place an order are so erratic - the one time I was actually able to order, the food arrived on time with no issues. If the service were more reliable in regards to this I think it would be pretty good; I live in an area where the other big name delivery apps obviously aren't very interested in making their presence known, so it would be nice if there were the convenience of being able to use this app on the rare occassion I want to get food delivered.

Clunky app, way more expensive than other delivery apps and on top of that it rarely comes on time when ordered. When I placed my order they said 45 mins, than once I paid I got a text 5 minutes later saying that it was actually going to be an hour and fifteen minutes.

Mediocre at best. App constantly crashes and the transition between the app and PayPal is not seamless at all. Tried paying with PayPal and it never went back to dash so I could confirm the order. Had to leave the app and start all over.
