App crashes all the time making it not even able to be used. App does not look like the images shown in description and offers very few features. There is not even a profile section (which the SNOW instructions tell you to fill out). Overall, very dissatisfied with this App.

Took forever for app to find my device, once it did keeps saying it isn't connected. Once it finally connects then says needs a firmware update. Try to update then crashes. Very disappointing.... especially when you pay so much for something.....
