Using BlueStacks

I have the Dartsim app installed in my iPad Air2, also bought the remote for my iPhone. The two are working perfectly. Then I bought this remote for my Android, the iPad and my Android device cannot detect each other. Please resolve the issue.

Unable to connect to the tablet and program. Used to phones. Bluetooth connects but the apps do not connect to each other. Using tablet and system bought through dart SIM. Please resolve and I will change my review
