The taxi in Brunei is crazy expensive, with cheap petrol in Brunei, taxi fare from airport to TBCC gonna cost me 40 dollar. When I saw Dart, I was glad and though it may be something like grab or Uber. But the estimated cost for the same journey from airport to TBCC gonna cost me 30 dollar, I am outta here! Guys, better rent a car.

You guys need to 1. Improve on the pricing/ rates per km/litre of fuel. Once the public transport upgrades itself, your business will be severely affected. 2. Set up customer loyatly points / membership priviledges. 3. Place location of nearby drivers and wait time. 4. Promote yourself at the airport or major hotels/ get a booth / do a roadshow.

Make this convenient for senior citizen who cant drive and those who cant afford a car like, something like Grab and Uber. They are cheaper than normal taxis. This is the purpose, to ease passengers, not make it more difficult for them. Not make it financially difficult for them.
