Absolutely wonderful service and timing. I ordered as a guest online once with an okay experience. However, signing up and using this app made everything very streamlined! I ordered for catering and had better options, better service, and an overall excellent experience. Will definitely use this app going forward.

I've been having issues placing orders using this app. When I get to the payment portion, it tells me that there was a problem with my card and that I needed to delete it and re-add it. Even after I delete my card and re-add it, I'm still unable to complete my order. So I go to the website and try place my order with no issue. I just downloaded an update for the app, hoping the issue would be fixed, now I can't even access it. It keeps telling me to try again later.

Don't throw away a gift card you load to the app. Loaded one but only shows the last 4 of the card. Had lunch in the restaurant today and was unable to use the gift card I have a balance on due to not having the physical card. If I've loaded it why do I need it? Cause to reload it you need the original card. Manager was very helpful in trying to make it work but no luck.

I joined the waitlist and was slotted in for 40 to 50 minute wait. I got the confirmation text promptly. When I arrived at the restaurant 45 minutes after confirmation text, I was told I would have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes because there were 3 parties ahead of me. I immediately turned and walked out the door to get dinner elsewhere. I arrived when I was supposed to, how did 3 parties jump ahead of me? Thanks for nothing Olive Garden app!

Never cared much for this chain but my wife likes it. I downloaded the app to order dinner for her and I however it would not allow me to choose a pickup time. Strange they would have such a inferior app but it does fit very well with the food

I'm never able to order with the app anymore. I can't get past the stage where I input my credit card number, even though I am inputting it correctly. I end up having to call the restaurant directly.
