I have been trying to set up a driver profile for a week. They say call or text the number it takes them hours to even reply. Then when I am finally able to get into the app I can even create a profile. Oh and still have not herd from the tecth team on that. Day two of waiting.

The app is very simple to use. As an Android user I haven't had any issues with it crashing. I do think the timer "stop" button is too close to the "complete ride". I have completed the ride at the pickup stop a few times. Many riders appreciate the savings and with the students back, demand should grow.

Love what Nomad is doing, great idea and app. The app is continuously improving and the owner/programmers are very responsive to drivers' needs. They just updated the app with dispatch to the closest drivers, and it's fantastic!

Reality is you're not making much more than Uber/Lyft if any extra because of the stride payments they take a 30% fee per ride and your also paying nomad a monthly subscription fee. Also needing 3-4 apps for one rideshare service is extremely obnoxious.
