This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MN Craft Beer Finder on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

The MN Craft Beer Finder lets users search for local craft breweries by using a custom name search or by choosing a location presented on a map, making it easy to find a brewery near you wherever you are in MN.

With over 100 MN craft breweries listed from 5 major cities and just about everything in between, the MN Craft Beer Finder will guide you to your next favorite brewery.

Users can choose a location from a list where they can get directions from their current location to the selected brewery. If you don't know a name to search for you can have all locations shown on a map and choose a location that is close by or just pick somewhere new to try.


The Brew Map also has several menu options to choose from:
- Find the closest craft brewery to you
- Get current traffic conditions on your brewery route
- Use 3D zoom feature to explore your selected brewery neighborhood
- A Density Map to show high level proximity on breweries in an area


The Density Map is designed to help you get an overall picture of brewery populations in your are. The Density Map will show a "red" area of locations that have 3 or more locations within 1 mile of them, so you can easily walk to a few breweries in one trip. A "green" area will show breweries that have at least one other brewery nearby (max of 2), and a "blue" brewery location means there are no other breweries within 1 mile of that location.
