I would have thought a leading manufacturer would have an app that was as good as its vehicles. Sadly the app lacks functionality of other vehicle apps, is not as customizable as others, and really seems to be about gathering information for its own use. How about being able to adjust temperature when starting vehicle? Turn on heated steering wheel? Turn on rear defrost? Maybe be useful like the mbux?

Installed this new version, but it asked me to install or update the version each time when I use it. Now, I need to do this "update" eventime when I use this stupid app before I can use it. It need more steps for just taking the same action. Don't know why it can't recognize the app is already updated.....

Sometimes tells you your vehicle is running and it's not after a startup. Also wish the vehicle would stay running after you unlock it or pop trunk. But that's just inconvenience. And can't adjust temperature and defrost on startup. Kia had this feature which is way better. Disappointed in APP features, Mercedes could have put way more in their APP to at least compete with the lesser vehicle Kia. For Pure Luxury Vehicle it should have all these options and not be out performed by Kia.

This app is worst. Remote starter never works. Most of time had to start the vehicle manually. There are several issues with remote starter. The app gets frozen. I have several case numbers from Mercedes Canada but nothing has been resolved. Very disappointing 😞. This app gave bad reputation to Mercedes. Spent too much for this brand. Never expected this kind of disappointment from Mercedes.

This apps sucks.. like the worst app I have ever used... I mean like I didnt expected this from a brand like Mercedes-Benz. Smaller companies are doing way better than this thing.. The app is never up-to-date. Never works in real time. Half of the time I can not even start my car because the app is still showing the status of the car from 15 hours ago and not changing it.. People who owns Mercedes-Benz do not deserve this. We pay way overprice to get Mercedes and in return this is what you get.

Near real-time status of my car. One less thing to worry about when my car can tell me that I forgot to lock the doors. Among other things. The UI is still young but I look forward to see how Mercedes refines as time goes on.
