Does what it's supposed to.So far works flawlessly,but I get when I read some complaints here. It's not easy to pair, since your phone must be on the car's Wi-Fi (you can pair the Bluetooth for calls but it also MUST BE ON YOUR CAR'S WI-FI) .Once you get that it works fine. One thing though: Mercedes could improve it so much,it's such a limited app. It only allows us to control the infotainment system.The possibilities are huge. C'mon Mercedes, you built such a great car, lets make a better app

It does not work. The screen on my phone keeps on blinking and it is unusable. I tried with my wife's phone and sane problem. I hope that an update solves this issue. Furthermore, the connection process is not intuitive at all. It appears that you have to disconnect the data connection on your phone for it to work. Serious? So, I have to disconnect it when entering the car and connecting again when leaving the car, right? Is it a joke?

For a prestigious brand such as Mercedes, your digital team need to up their game. This app looks like it's been developed by a bunch of 5 year olds! I'm quite tech savvy but struggled to make sense of the instructions to pair my phone/car/app. Once finally paired, screen on my phone (andriod) just keeps flickering when I open the app. Expect better Mercedes. Much better.

This app can't work with my E class. Only managed to establish the wifi link. After that nothing happens. Very disappointing as I was using iPhone & this app was only available on iPad. I just switched to Android on a Samsung Note 10 & was delighted that this app is available on Play Store but am hugely disappointed with Mercedes that it does not work at all! Would give it zero star if allowed to!

One star only because that's the lowest I can give to enable a review to be left. Just ficks back and forth between connecting and the app home screen. I have found most MB apps lacking, but this is the real creme de la creme!!

Tried it thrice over one year and this just doesn't work. I guess Mercedes just can't get it to work. They should remove this app from google store. Big disappointment. Other luxury cars are much easier and simpler to use. Guys don't waste time with this app
