Your provider visit is private and protected in accordance with HIPAA guidelines for patient safety and confidentiality.

All Valley Medical has implemented a Remote Patient Monitoring and Telehealth program to help manage chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, cholesterol, COPD, and high blood pressure. The goal of our program is to improve patient outcomes by making it easy for patients to participate in and manage their health.

Our RPM program provides you with the clinical oversight to ensure that your healthcare team is providing you with the resources to better manage your health. Combined with easy-to-use tools and real-time clinical support and we are here to help you stay as healthy as possible with:

When you need a medical consultation, just use the All Valley Medical App to contact your physician via a Telehealth visit.
Through your live video chat, the All Valley Medical provider will assess your symptoms, answer your questions, provide treatment, and call in prescriptions if needed.
