This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Uranium UI Pro CM13/12+ Theme on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

The boot animation is gorgeous, but the horrible plaintext "Uranium" afterward ruins it. Remove that and it's a solid five stars. Nice work.
