This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Uranium UI CM13/12 Theme on PC Windows and Mac.

I'm loving the theme, only thing, another colour would suit the scrubbers in my opinion. The bright blue stock Android scrubbers on blue background do not look great. Besides that, looks great.
