This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Strange Orange CM13/12.1 Theme on PC Windows and Mac.

Only issue is Google+ force closes on Nexus 10 running a CM 13 based ROM.

The Orange/Black combo is kinda unique. I hope for future themes with such varied combos.
