Use the CLEVER DOG App Instead - I figured out that this was a rebranded version of the Clever Dog smart camera. Download the Clever Dog app and you should be able to set it up without any registration issues (although the setup can still be somewhat complicated)

bought this package 4 years ago,i could never use my home view cameras,the app does not recognise my email address,have contacted cell c many times about this issue,nothing was or being done to solve the matter,..even if you check app ratings you will see that under positive comments it's empty,under critics,its flooded with comments.thank you fir the scam.

registered with 3 emails didn't get any link to activate my account, it's been over a day now. this app is useless, cell c is ripping people off, not even a cell c consultant knows about "Home view camera" I am going expose cell c for what they doing to the consumers. I am very disappointed in this product and not even a reply from cell c. We bought the cameras on the Cell C website and it does not work, the app doesn't work at all. THIS IS A RIP OFF FROM CELL C

The app was good before the update. Historical when l got a message of movement it will show me the picture as well, of late messages are coming but no pictures which renders the app useless as l have to try and scroll on the history vedio to see what happened. Honestly the older version was more user friendly than this current one... Please fix the message issue.

PLEASE FIX!!! Was a brilliant app untill the recent upgrade! Can't veiw any of the pictures. I get notified that there were images (messages) buy when I enter to see what is going on. none of the pictures pop up. It basically renders the app/camera useless!!! Please fix this!!! Will change reveiw once this is fixed.

I bought 2 camaras two days ago. So far the equipment is useless as I cannot verify my account since there is no verification email. I hope that someone will react to these messages. The previous post had the same complain. I've tried using 3 other Email addresses, no verification Email was sent. On Sunday I went into a Cell C franchise, what a waste of my time.
