There's no English option so it's really difficult to book something fast enough when I have to translate everything. Very frustrating!

This is a total piece of garbage. Don't waste your time. The website is very bad so I decided to try the app. It freezes much of the time and it always freezes when you get to the end and try to pay. I spent 2 hours trying to book a ticket. Without success. It's easier to walk across whatever City you are in and back to buy the ticket in person. It is obvious the programmers and designers never even use this piece of garbage. Total waste of time. Use the website or better yet use another bus company because if they can't even build a simple app you have to question their competence.
