Please make web based so my husband and i can have access to our sons records. Also nervous if we lose the phone all history will be lost. It's a good start but not perfect.

May i request the developer to add Blood pressure,Body surface
area,presence of edema and urine sugar,urine rbc to the drop list ?. Body
mass index and height centiles for short stature as a side effect of
steroids. Also another page of base line investigations and regular follow
up reminders for Ped Nephrologist, Ophthalmologist and Endocrinologist.
