The watch is very poorly made. The screen is very fragile. customer service people are very friendly but ineffective. In the end it was 200 dollars and a many hours of my time down the drain.

Gps is not accurate at all. Sends out SOS message by its self. Waste of $250. I can't communicate with my child on this at all as the watch is no longer working. My son showered with it on his arm and now it's dead... go figure you pay almost $300 for a CHILDREN'S WATCH and it is not even splash proof let alone water proof. Absolute waste of money!! There are much better products out there at lower prices than this rubbish! I WANT MY MONEY-BACK
