Bad experience. For the price of these watches, I would expect the app to work.

Update 4.19.24 works well. Update 4.19.23 still not work After Update 4.19.21: the app keep crashing, can't open. My solution: roll back to version 4.19.19 Other than that, the app works quite well. The watch works very well, precise location, and lots of helpful settings. The rating is for the app only. And when it is fixed rating will be higher.

It does not ring when you minimize the app or close the app or on lockscreen and on video call. This issue made it useless now because noone gonna open the app in active state all the time. Couldn't you make it as 100's of other apps like viber did?

i can not acces camera or video calling.inbthis version is not anymore function for camera,an older version had it and worked well,but now i can nit acces functions that make me to buy this watch

The watch offline sometimes you of to re-start but it's one of the best smartwatch for children's so far I try others but they didn't do what they said this one not bad 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
