App was my main resource for re-ordering. But updates are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Lets me go through the process of re-ordring my prescription just to freeze at the final page when waiting for my confirmation. Go through this on the app and website which causes me to go through the hassles of calling customer service. Only to get the shoulder shrug then connect me to. Pharmacist, which I don't want. I just want to re-order my things with ease. CVS needs to get it together and Do Better.

The app says I should be receiving delivery of my script today. But when I call CVS Specialty they tell me it hasn't even been renewed yet from my physician. Why isn't the app telling me this? Why didn't the app know there was a problem, and a delay? Oh, and the phone number the app provided me didn't even connect me with the specialty pharmacy, just the regular pharmacy. Junk program, waste of my patience.

The app worked fine however, it was the first time I used it. I usually use my desk top computer for Rx refills but the site got hung up at the end. Message was "order submitted Thank you for your patience" never continued. Walked away from computer for 5 minutes came back and it still had not moved forward.??? So I used the app this time.

I like the app for refilling prescriptions. The reminder feature, though, has stopped working after only a month. I set the reminder for 10pm every night but it only "reminds" me now, when I open the app, ten or 15 mins after the time I set.
