I'd say the worst food delivery app to come across so far..extremely limited options available to renew your voucher ( that's the reason most would be using this app) Zero customer service, the chat person just stopped replying to my query about the delivery..the contact number is invalid! All in all disappointing 😞

This is an edited review after more than a month of regular useI tried to continue with this app due to the principle, but unfortunately everything is inadequate, from the various restaurants service, customer service chat response times, and delivery is often delayed, sometimes even cancelling without reason.

Food at your fingertips. Gofood is a great app for foodies. Though staying at Karama, a place known for variety of hotels from around the world, I didn't have enough time to go out and explore this. Nowadays gofood is helping me. With the number of hotels linked with the app I can choose anything from the menu. Most of the items with a discounted price. Even the delivery charges are affordable, and sometimes free of cost. Every week I get free credits on my vallet, with which I order yummy food

Here on app you can find many options including some good local restaurants with no delivery fee and good taste. Notification messages from order till delivery. Customer service is good and easily available. For me its 5/5 and in last they credit some wallet too, so that we can enjoy if left with no money.

Excellent app usability and great deals. They are adding more options daily and it is definitely worth it to make sure restaurants are treated fairly. The go food credit is a great incentive, just hope it works in the end :)

This application very wonderful.Fantastic Offers and Chat support. Easily to check offer item's .Since it's run directly from the restaurant owners all the support has been provided to them.offers and discounts very attractive.Lot of time food have been ordered and more or less the service has been satisfactory.I would suggest to come up with more offers to the customers.
