This app will not connect to the bed with error: pairing rejected. My wife's apple phone connects just fine. I see the device and can pair to the speaker but that is all.

The app only works half the time. When it does work you haveto try to connect to the bed five times before it finally does and then works. Now it won't connect it just keeps saying not connected then it says close app and I tried it at least 20 times. my bed is vibrating and I cannot get it to stop cuz the app won't work and the batteries died in the remote.

As long as you have the appropriate bed and a bluetooth mobile device, this product works exactly as described. I've had this product for almost a year now and have had no complications at all using it. Thanks, Bob!

My mattress is AWESOME BUUUT... the vibrating starts on it's own with no notice I have to jump up and turn it off lost my remote using the app on my cell to operate

Works ok ...should have the light function on the dam remote ...kinda dumb have to download app to turn lights on .. and have to reconnect to it everytime ..

This app is used as a remote for your Bobs Ultra Adjustable beds. This isn't for shopping. There is another app for that.
