Wont connect with my blue tooth I have an android google. Useless app for me

Won't connect to the bed, so it's useless. Bluetooth is on and it says the
bed is connected but when I go to the lift page of the app it just spins
and errors out. Disappointing! I really want that zero gravity setting!
