This app lacks features. It needs to record alert to a connected device in real time also.

I use this system for home security and it is so difficult to use in my phone. I use a note 8 and the app does not let me sign in at times tells me my user name or password is incorrect I can only access live feed but can't check anything else remotely this is not good because I had something happen while I was at work and could not see what happened. I can't just go home to check my cameras. for what I paid for this system it should work perfectly you need to do some updates to this app. asap.

i have been using this app for over 6 months now with my son and daughter-in-law. it works flawlessly on all three phones. I like the fact that you can click on the link with your camera and it does everything for you almost. with the exception of no fault of the apps once in awhile it does laps because of the internet connection but other than that the playback is great the alarm notification is great and I'm glad that I can view it anywhere there is an internet connection. I recommend this app

If you do not close the app properly, it will not see the unit. Close the app by "backing out", reopen App, unit 'should' Refresh. Works As Designed.

Crashes loading problems playback problems on top of more crashes. Why not hire a team that actually knows how to properly put together an app.. this is a poor attempt at best. If I was under the return policy I'd RIP this system off the walls and take it back based on the app alone.

Setup is a nightmare. No instructions and overly complicated! The latest update is even worse. Everytime you lanch the app to view your cameras it makes you sign in. No way to save your password. Its awful!
