Initially took about 15 minutes to get it connected to my Android device. Had to grant all permissions - don't know why it needs them. Not intuitive. When its connected it functions ok. Needs some mods for Android please. Camera is very good - clear and good resolution. Gesture snapshot works well. Playback on my Android phone is good. GPS works on playback.

I cannot even open the app on my Sony xz phone. How the hell am I expected to see if the bloody thing is working. You pay top dollar for this product expecting a quality unit and I should have spent my money on a cheap Chinese unit. It would probably work better. You've made no friends here mate!

I have been using KTP-850 cams at the front as well as the back of my van for about 2 years now and love the app. I sometimes have the live view from the rear cam running on my phone mounted to the dash phone holder while driving, although it does display with left and right flipped allowing me to see the blind spots. I would recomend the Kapture 850 to anyone and also the App.

Sahring data to mobile phone from camera. But when I go to Album and select a video I cannot share it to other apps with my friends and always says connect to camera while I am already connected to camera. However, if I select an image from the Album even if I am disconnected to camera, I am able to share with my friends easily. This issue has happened after the third month and wasn't like that before.

FIX THIS APP There is no point in having a working, functional camera if the supporting app wont load any of the functions it provides. I can connect to the cameras wifi. but the app stays in a loading loop when attemping to load the live view or changing any settings.

Unable to connect to unit via wifi to Samsung Note9 since last update from Samsung. Please help! Can't set date and time on unit or download footage. Upgraded to the S10 5G and still can't connect. Absolutely useless. Ready to throw it in the bin.
