Completely useless. Email verification doesn't work with Samsung email app. Installed Outlook and verified. Can't match my email address even though they've sent me a dozen emails using it. Their backup method is to enter their trip code but this is not mentioned by the booking agent or in any of their emails. Basically a waste of time.
