The app will not let me order pick up. It just says "currently unavailable." I called and tried to order over the phone but they won't do a happy hour special offered in the app. Not impressed by this experience.

When you order, it shows gluten free bun throughout the checkout (without a charge) even though it wasn't selected. Then it disappears in the confirmation email.

Online ordering doesn't work, when retrieving secondary authentication code from another app resets sign in. Once you get through that it won't let you place the order without reading the T&C's even though I did. Not to mention when you open the app it tells you, you should download the app.
