I tried to use the app tonight to purchase a pizza at the promotional price offered on the app. I was not able to select a local store because they were listed as closed on the app even though 1 of my local stores is open 24 hours. The reason I was given was because curbside delivery was not offered after 10, but because the app simply listed the location closed, I was not able to select in-store pickup. There was also no way for the location attendant to offer me a corrected price.

This app will not authorize any gas pump. They can't even authorize the pumps for me inside the store. If by chance ( 1 out of 15 times) it works inside I have to prepay and if I do not use the amount paid, it does not give a refund on my card. And this is just one of the many problems this app has. I have wrote several emails and tried to call, have talked to the store managers and not once have heard a reply or even an apology. This app is not convenient nor does it save time or money.

Nothing but trouble all the time. Processing your order is slow. Most times I have to do it two or three times before it works inside the store to be scanned and accepted. They do update then the app doesn't work. Also once you've put in a bank account that's the only way to pay. I wouldn't recommend this app, even though you save 10 cents, that's just because the corporate jumps the price at the pump to make it look like you save. Compare prices at other places before purchasing.

The app was good when you finally get it setup. You have to go through 2 different party's before getting it to work. Also you will have to wait until your bank account is connected. That usually took me 1 week to do. But after all that it works.

Based on First Impressions this app is a joke. After setting up my account, trying to use the app for gad the first time, it told me my store number and pump number were invalid and to check them. 6 or 7 times. After I gave up, I tried to check my account online, where it told me my password and email didn't match so I tried changing my password on the app and tried to log back in online and was then locked out of my account.

This app does not work. Don't waste your time. Seems like a good thing on the surface but I promise it will run you around in circles and waste any time you spend with it. I am very surprised loaf and jug partnered with this third party company to provide such a sorry service. Not very pro at all.
