I really like this new version of the Culligan app. I had the old one for a couple of years and it was buggy. I'd sometimes try to put my softener in 'bypass' using the app, and half the time got error messages. So far so good with this new one! I also like the modern look of the app. It seems to do just what it was designed to do, giving me info on my daily and weekly water usage and keeping track of my salt supply.

The app is so very helpful. You can monitor multiple units. I love the fact that I am being notified when my salt is low and can see the water usage. I can start a regen, set a bypass or away mode right from the app. The graphics are also great. I havent had any issues connecting or staying connected like some reviews. I highly recommend using Culligan products and connect them to the app.

I spoke to Culligan in Bloomington Illinois today. They told me they never hear of the Culligan Connect App. Seems strange since I've used it for several years. Although it seems to forget the password and they had to do something to reset password. I can't understand how everyone working there now never hear of the App today.

Takes forever to get it connected, then it works. Until it doesn't anymore, randomly, then you get to start the process over again.

Water softener got unlinked before phone updated to Android 9.0, now it is impossible to add any water Softener to a Culligan Connect account, the water Softener connects to WiFi no problem but then the application fails.

The app doesn't allow me to sign on even after changing the password. Very frustrating and nonfunctioning.
