Horrible functionality seems like D is way behind when designing apps. The app does not let you buy ticket ahead. So if the ticket buy fails you will miss the train. Because even the app or their system locks you out. It will not show you any lock out warning or email. And when I called the guy said sorry that department is closed until Monday :-( I think a better and more logic system you will even get in a Jungle. Deutsche Bahn please don't make this app a nightmare for customers.

purchasing ticket this morning produced an error message with empty text field. do i have a ticket? definitely not! did i pay for a ticket? maybe! and yes my internet cinnection WAS up!!!

Very bad. It works only when it wants. Ticket checkers don't want to support tickets using this app. Waste of space and time. Sometimes money too

frequently have ticket purchase failures. extremely annoying and stressful. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it wonr stop crashing, or even fails to open at all.

takes forever to load. Sometimes can't purchase because of lack of internet connection even there's a good connection
