Very badly designed App with lot of bugs that will sometimes make you to buy the ticket again because the app locks you out! When you contact RMV Germany over lousy $10 that you overpaid or a paid service that does not work you will encounter German Bureaucracy. The person there in communications instead of apologize for your problems she will try everything not to give you a refund! Very Sad because the people in Train and Buses are hard working but the office staff is so ignorant!

After a recent update, this app is now useless for disabled persons. RMV customer support recommends that we use the desktop version of their website instead. Not a feasible alternative for a mobility app.

I was charged for such a bad application for a whole month from a bank account and I can not access my monthly ticket. technical assistance zero no one knows where to turn written 4 is an email, spoken with info center everyone is confused and no one offers help
