Horrible App. Highly inaccurate. With NextBus I was able to tell where the bus was so that I could be there on time. This application shows the bus being 6 to 7 stops before when it is already in front of me. Or shows I already missed it based on the time while I can still see it 3 blocks away from my location. The Favorites, It saves a generic route. Not a specific one. This is a horrible application for the people in Virginia. We are NOT Beta testers.

This app is so frustrating. It gives you routes that are impossible. For example- tells me the fastest way is to take the light rail which is leaving in 7 mins but it takes 15 mins to walk to the station, why not just tell me the next possible train I can take so I can take a different route if it's quicker??? This happens everytime I use this app.

3-star rating until I've used the app quite a bit... Took a quick look after downloading... Entered some hypothetical destinations & times... Seems as if Umo app will work easily enough... Something new or changed can take a while to get used to. I use two other major public transportation apps... One to plan trips; one to check real-time status... Umo will probably fill in a couple of gaps. (College Park MD, June 18 2021)

50% or more predictions are not accurate. We used to have an app called nextbus that was almost always accurate. I do not believe that the umo app is connected to the buses and trains GPS the way that nextbus was. Im writing this at a train stop where umo said there would be a train 6 minutes ago. The train stop is still connected to the train's GPS, and does seem to be giving accurate predictions. Using Google maps going fwd.

Public transportation in my city changed app from NextBus to Umo, and it is horrible. The functionality is not user friendly. The screens cannot refresh. Have to close the app and start it back up again if I want to see new information. It is not intuitive. It doesn't provide all nearby options (no filters are selected). A horrible switch. Definitely a downgrade from what was.

The bus arrival times are consistently inaccurate. I repeatedly miss buses as a result, and have no way of knowing when the next bus will arrive because this app is always wrong. This was supposed to replace NextBus, but it doesn't do even a fraction of the job that app did. It was reliable. This one isn't.
