The scheduling part of this app is really poorly designed. Plug in your location and preferred time and see a list of location that are fully booked and/or outside of your time constraints. Wouldn't it just be easier to show all the open slots only? What's the point in seeing fully booked locations and having to click on them to find out there's no availability.

I find this app very frustrating. When I signed up on it I put in information to look up my donor card and it never paired the account. I've put in multiple subsequent requests, waited the 24 hours it asks, and nothing happens. I can't see my donation history and I can't schedule appointments. I always have to go to the website.

Can't find where else to report issues. The app always fails to find a single donation event even though I know they exist in the area I search for (and with time period of two weeks in 40 mile radius, open search). It also won't update my address info. I think the only thing it can do for me so far is show me my blood type...

Nice app, however, would like to see area that designates greatest need of blood. Both blood type needed most & kind of donation needed most (whole blood, power red, platelets, etc.) Also, wish you had different icon choices. I still prefer the big red cross for my icon.

This app is fantastic! It puts all the info I need in one place and allows me to schedule AND do the rapid pass. It's super easy. Donating blood used to feel really complicated, but this makes it so much easier. Kudos.

No way to filter out full appointment days makes this app borderline unusable for my busy urban area. If I'm scheduling less than three weeks out, I have to manually click thru after twenty different drives to find one with openings. This would be easy to fix. Otherwise a good app. Not intrusive, easy interface, responsible with my calendar.
