We have tried to download this APP 4 times, all with the same result. The device dies. At first we thought the device was old and died on its own, but the last two were brand new. One was a Samsung Tab8 and the other an Apple IPad 9th Gen. Shortly after opening and signing in, we downloaded CellTrak. Within a day the device died. We called CellTrak but they claim their APP is fine. It's unbelievable this could happen w 4 devices. Let us know if this has happened to you.

CellTrak opens on My Cellphone well. The only issue I have is that my phone slows down when I open the app. It never stops running in my background. To the point gps, phone calls and other important apps on my phone freeze. I miss calls or double pay for things and thats not much of a win, Except accuracy for work, but my personal life is getting a bit annoying.

Since my last update it just spins like it is loading when I try to clock in. It's hit or miss if it decideds to work. I don't like that it doesn't save a time change. What is the point in being able to change the time if it won't save it. I then having to go onto another site and put it in. Makes the app useless other than tracking where I'm at.

This app has kept me clocked in even after multiple times clocking out. Seems to not track hours properly as it will always say I worked more hours than I did. The location thing seems to be off as well as one time it said I was in Seattle when I was 400 miles from Seattle. This app has caused so many issues while being on unemployment due to lack of being able to fix hours without going through my company and having to go there when this app fails which is constant

This app keeps messing up my phone. I have to turn this off everyday after I clock out. This app is very annoying.

I hate this app. It takes 4 weeks or more for changes in my schedule to take effect. Three months ago my schedule was changed. One month later the clients I no longer had were removed from my schedule. Two months later. The clients I still had were removed. My schedule is still listed as blank. If I wasn't required to use this, I would remove it. At the moment it is a usless waiste of space on my phone.
