This City bus service is awesome but this type of mobile application ruin that service.. becuase this app not work properly.. GPS not work properly.. becuase of that people not believing this. Even this app waste most of my time becase of wrong data. If we depend on this app people will go away from this service..worst app ever. I dont know why these people dont do this solution properly.. even they dont have simple IT knowladge to fix this. Go and check other transport app befor develop this.

Idea of City bus is good and useful. But this app should need more improvements. It should be updated as more user friendly. Passengers should be able to track their relevant bus through GPS. It's good that if passenger able to enter their pickup station and drop location so that they can track only their relevant bus.

It's true that this app needs some improvements but the required improvements can be identified only by using the app therefore support this by using this service. People can use this service it's affordable to everyone these are the changes what the community needs, so use these services and support to develop this. Good work, keep it up.

Not very helpful. This app does not show the timetables of buses returning from colombo. Also, when the timetables were changed, that was not updated in the app. Poor coordination.

My phone got stucked when using this app. I searched bus to go to Kollupitiya. It says "No available busses are running now or you have to take other bus route to go to your destination". this dialog box can't be closes. Even I cant close the app, switch off the phone. even I cant answer a incoming call. What should I do. since my phone is a seal type phone I can't remove the battery. Need a immediate response..... I filled the google forms also....

It's very good option to road traffic lot of people may like to its I recommend its use this bus it's very good and free internet under the bus and some useful options in city bus
